🍓 This is a staple in my household for those times when we need some extra hormone support.⠀

🍓Overnight Oats are easy and delicious, help clean out excess hormones and save time when you’re trying to find something quick it eat for breakfast!⠀

🍓Simply grab a glass jar and add 1/2 cup of wheat free organic oats plus 3/4 cup of nut milk. ⠀

🍓Add any toppings of your choice – walnuts, pepitas, cacao nibs, blueberries and sunflower seeds etc.⠀

🍓Stir and place in fridge overnight.⠀

😋 The next day – your oats are ready to eat! ⠀

🍓Add some maple syrup and eat straight from the jar OR pour into a bowl and top with strawberries!⠀

💛I often take a jar to the beach and eat them while watching the waves – bliss! 💫⠀
